How brink works, and where the money goes.
We are not a charity. We are a participation platform. Every pound raised through brink is routed directly to a verified Scottish delivery partner — no middlemen, no skim, no opaque overheads.
Verified projects
Every project is delivered by an established Scottish partner with a track record of restoration work. We assess governance, accounts, ecological monitoring and community consent before a project goes live.
Direct routing of funds
brink does not hold donations. Payments are processed by regulated platforms (JustGiving, Donorbox, Crowdfunder, Enthuse, Stripe) and routed directly to the delivery partner's registered account.
Open reporting
Each project publishes progress updates, hectares restored, species recorded and financial totals on its public page. We publish a quarterly platform-wide impact report.
Independent oversight
Our advisory panel includes ecologists, land managers and community representatives. Annual accounts and project audits are made available on request.
